The Q’s Turn Two!

October 5, 2011

A friend’s quadruplets turned two last weekend. I adore a good party – so I helped out.  The party was at Tower Grove Park and, in my opinion, could not have been any cuter!

Best party to date! It exceeded my wildest expect ions! Thanks so much for doing all of the work and for giving us a great memory! You should do this professionally or something! 🙂

The measurements I used made 60 sticks.

16 oz of melted chocolate chips (with 2 tablespoons of Crisco melted in to make the chocolate smooth), 3 bags of regular sized marshmallows & half a box of smashed graham crackers.

Dip the marshmallows in the melted chocolate, then into the graham cracker crumbs, then set on a tray to harden. Once hard, slide two onto a wooden skewer. Easy!
