going rogue

January 6, 2012

We went Rogue.

On December 28th, Jess and I had the opportunity to attend a dinner put on by the Rogue Underground Dining Society (Merry Christmas, Jess).  Rogue is an underground dining society that provides limited information about each event, and utilizes unique locations, essentially creating a restaurant from the ground up.

The event we attended was held at the new 4 Hands Brewery Company. The event was beer themed, with courses either paired with a beer, prepared with beer, or ingredients that mimicked beer qualities.

And let me tell you, it was to die for.
