I managed to sneak in one last music festival before the summer is officially over. I danced to Girl Talk like it was my job on Saturday night and watched wide-eyed and full of awe as Wayne Coyne of the Flaming Lips did his thing on stage (and on top of the crowd) Sunday. Thanks to Chevy Keys to STL, I got to enjoy VIP – which was certainly a stellar way to spend a weekend. Where as other festivals I’ve enjoyed have involved camping, LouFest is a two-day fest in the city – which meant I could up the style ante a bit. So minus the downpour of rain (for which we spent the entire duration in a photobooth) and the staples I had to get in the back of my head Saturday night, it was a raging success.

Outfit photo cred goes to Kholood Eid for snapping me during the festival!

Glad you managed to get my rained-out self on the blog. Kudos on managing to stay stylish thru the downpour. I can’t say the same for myself!

Looks like you had a fab time. Staples?! Youch!
That’s it. Enough of me yapping about how great those necklaces are, I’m just going to buy one!

I went to high school with Kholood! She probably has no idea who I am, but I’m pretty sure we had ceramics class together. Small world.
